• For those arriving from Positano, please consider booking a 12 PM slot or later, as ferries from Positano are often cancelled in the early morning or delayed. In case of late arrival, we cannot guarantee the tour. Thank you.
• Based on our experience and due to long waiting lines in front of the cave, entering the Blue Grotto is not advisable on a 2-hour boat tour and therefore not included in that tour option. 
• Slight delays in the estimated time of departure may happen due to sea conditions. We apologize. The duration of the tour is approximately 2 or 3 hours, depending on the option chosen at the time of booking. It could be less o more. The exact duration depends on wind and weather. For those arriving from Positano, please consider booking a ferry that arrives in Capri not close to the tour start. Ferries from Positano are often delayed. Entering the Blue Grotto is not included in the itinerary of the 2-hour tour option and is optional with the 3-hour tour option. Blue Grotto tickets are always excluded.

Cancellation policy

You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.

• For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
• If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
• Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
• Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
• This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.
