FAQs

⚓ Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) – Mr. Costanzo Capri

1. What happens in case of bad weather?

Your safety and enjoyment are our top priorities. If weather or sea conditions do not allow for a safe departure (a decision made by the Captain), we will try to reschedule your tour to another date. If rescheduling is not possible, you will receive a full refund.

2. Is it possible to visit the Blue Grotto during the tour?

Certainly! We can stop at the entrance of the Blue Grotto. We recommend booking at least a 3-hour tour, as there is often a long waiting line. Please keep in mind that entry depends on sea conditions and waiting times (managed by external boatmen). The entrance fee (€ 18 per person) is not included in the tour price and must be paid directly on-site.

3. What should we bring on board?

Just focus on relaxing! We provide fresh towels, cold drinks (soft drinks, beer, and prosecco), snacks, and snorkeling gear. We only recommend bringing sunscreen, sunglasses, and... your desire to explore!

4. Are children allowed? Is it safe for them?

Absolutely. Our boats are safe and spacious. We have life jackets of all sizes available, and our captains are experts at making the experience pleasant and safe even for the youngest guests.

5. Where do we meet for departure?

The standard meeting point is at Marina Grande, the main port of Capri. After booking, you will receive a detailed map and the captain's direct contact information for easy coordination. Upon request, we can arrange pick-ups from other ports (such as Positano or Sorrento).

6. Can I customize the itinerary?

The tour is yours! While our captains know the most secret and legendary spots around the island, we are happy to tailor the route to your preferences—whether you want to spend more time swimming or taking photos under the Faraglioni rocks.
